My Philosophy on Fitness Programs


My philosophy is simple…give you the most effective and efficient workout session at a reasonable cost. I believe if a person has an hour to spend with me they are determined and willing to achieve their fitness goals. In today's fast paced world wasting your time is not an option. That's why my training strategy is so effective because we will get your proper target heart rate at the optimal level for fat burning benefits and keep you at that intensity for the duration of the workout. We will work both major and minor body parts and I will show you the precise biomechanics for each exercise. We will perform a variety of drills that will develop your balance and stability. I integrate free weights, medicine balls, weighted bars, swiss balls, cable system technology and various machines that will give you a well-rounded exercise prescription while adding core stability exercises to enhance a functional lifestyle. All this is incorporated with your specific fitness goals as the driving force.

OPTIMAL PROGRAM: 3 times per week - to achieve their goals quickly and maximize strength, flexibility and endurance. It is also the most economical and ensures the most rapid results.

CONVENTIONAL PROGRAM: 2 times per week - for those typical individuals who want rapid results but have less time available to contribute to workout sessions.

MAINTENANCE PROGRAM: 1 time per week - for individuals who are constantly on the run. This educational package is for those who lack the time to get to the gym or just need the weekly accountability from me to motivate them to remain on a fitness routine.
Remember - exercise and diet is a balanced equation. You can't do one without the other!
